Fort Dodge, IA – Matt Dutcher, Bank President at Northwest Bank in Fort Dodge, is pleased to welcome Jessica Moore as Personal Banker. In her new role, Jessica will focus on building strong customer relationships while providing banking services tailored to personal banking and consumer lending needs.

Jessica returns to Northwest Bank with valuable experience, having previously worked as a Human Resource Specialist at Argenta Global in Fort Dodge. She is no stranger to the bank’s commitment to exceptional service, having served as a Customer Service Representative at Northwest Bank from 2015 to 2018.

Jessica resides in Fort Dodge with her son Jaxon and fiancé Nick. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM-CP) and volunteers as a room parent at St. Edmond Catholic School. In her free time, she enjoys attending her son’s activities, spending time with family, and reading.
