Join us for a delightful evening of Shenandoah community fun for all ages! Enjoy Trick-or-Treating, hayrides, and delicious hot dogs at the City Hall Gazebo at the end of the route. Each participant will even receive a complimentary pumpkin Trick-or-Treat bag to take home!
