Northwest Bank Names Brad Cave as Bank President in Le Mars Following Kevin Eekhoff’s Retirement

Northwest Bank—has recently retired. We honor Kevin’s dedication to our bank and the community, celebrating his many contributions.

Stepping into this leadership role, Brad Cave has been named the new Bank President in Le Mars. Brad will focus on team development, fostering community involvement, and building strong banking relationships while continuing to serve existing clients and develop new relationships.

Brad joined Northwest Bank in April 2012 as Vice President of Ag/Commercial Banking. With an accomplished career in agricultural banking, he has demonstrated a deep commitment to supporting local businesses, farmers, and community members, helping them achieve financial growth and operational success.

Brad, his wife Sarah and four children reside in Le Mars and are active in the community.  Brad is involved with Le Mars Business Initiative Corp, Le Mars Chamber Ag Division, Buildings and Grounds and Vision Committee at Gehlen Catholic Schools, Jr. High Football Coach at Gehlen Catholic, and past board member of the Le Mars Area Chamber of Commerce, Le Mars Rotary Club, and the Le Mars YMCA. In his free time, Brad enjoys working on the family farm, coaching youth sports, and attending his children’s events.
