Le Mars, IA – Brad Cave, Bank President at Northwest Bank in Le Mars, is pleased to announce Joyce Barents as Personal Banker. In her new role, Joyce will focus on building strong customer relationships while providing banking services tailored to personal banking and consumer lending needs.

Joyce has been a valued team member of Northwest Bank for nearly ten years bringing extensive experience in customer service and personal banking. Most recently, she has served as the manager of our Customer Service Representatives—a leadership role she will continue to hold as she transitions into her new position.

Joyce and her husband, Ryan, make their home in Ireton. Actively engaged in the community, she serves on her church’s finance committee and is a member of the Ireton booster board.
