Ames, IA – Doug Ragaller, Regional Bank President of Northwest Bank in Ames, is proud to announce that Nathaniel Kuhn has accepted the position of Ag/Commercial Banker. In this role, Nathaniel will focus on new business development, promoting the bank’s wide range of products and services, and supporting existing customers.

With over a decade of experience in the banking industry, Nathaniel has been a valuable member of the Northwest Bank team for the past four years. He began his career with the bank as a loan portfolio manager, assisting bankers in meeting customers' financial needs and ensuring exceptional service.

Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Nathaniel moved to Iowa on a baseball scholarship to attend Central College in Pella. He relocated to Ames in 2018, where he currently resides. Actively involved in the community, Nathaniel serves on the Advisory Council for ChildServe and AREA YP, the Ames young professionals’ organization. He also contributes to the gala committees for both the Boys and Girls Club of Story County and Friendship Ark.
