Join us Downtown Shenandoah for some community fun for all ages! Enjoy Trick-or-Treating starting at 4:30 pm, hayrides and hot dogs at the City Hall Gazebo at the end of the route. Plus, participants will even receive a complimentary pumpkin Trick-or-Treat bag to enjoy and bring home!
