Dwight is a fourth-generation farmer from Holstein, IA and received an education from Iowa State University in Ag Business, an M.B.A. from Drake University, and continuous education from Kellogg Business School of Management. He is currently the Chairman for Northwest Financial Corp. and Chairman of First National Bank in Creston, IA.
