Neal graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Animal Science and thereafter began his 50+ year career in banking. He began working as a teller and then spent half of his career as an Ag-banker. His primary role now is being the Director of Northwest Financial Corp., the holding company for Northwest Bank.
Neal loves to help develop new business in any way he can and enjoys the wonderful people he meets and gets to work with along the way.
