Northwest Bank is excited to partner with the FHLB Des Moines to offer the Mortgage Rate Relief program which provides an approximate 1.5% interest rate reduction targeted to households with incomes at or below 80 percent of Area Median Income. FHLB Des Moines has committed $22 million to the program in 2025. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning March 3, 2025.
