Adam joined the Northwest Bank team in 2019 and is responsible for developing and servicing the banking needs of commercial businesses. He works with businesses of all sizes and has a passion for helping businesses meet their growth and development goals. Adam has volunteered with the United Way of Siouxland for many years and has been an Ambassador for the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce since 2014. He and his wife are small business owners themselves and he is passionate about seeing Siouxland grow.
Brent Plantage, Vice President, Commercial Banker, manages a loan portfolio consisting of commercial real estate and operating loans. Brent is also responsible for marketing bank services to existing and potential commercial clients. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and History from Morningside. Brent also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, CO, completed the Iowa Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and has completed a number of other banking seminars. Plantage is a volunteer with United Way and has served in various capacities with the organization the past ten years.
Dan DeBoest, Regional President, is responsible for the management and overall performance in the Sioux City market. With exceptional experience in commercial lending, DeBoest also specializes in customer initiatives and team coaching. As a graduate of Iowa State University, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance. DeBoest also enjoys participating in civic organizations and networking activities and has been involved with the United Way, Chamber of Commerce and development corporations.
DJ Wingert joined the Northwest Bank Team in 2020, with a background in retail management and sales, paired with a bachelor's degree from Morningside University. DJ appreciates her ability to perform many responsibilities including new business development and promoting our diverse products and services. In her free time, she loves networking, sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.
