Meet Our Mortgage Bankers

Noelle has been in the finance and banking industry for over 20 years. She enjoys and specializes in providing great customer service and assisting homeowners with all their mortgage lending needs. Noelle is active with the Le Mars Community by participating in both School and Chamber Events.  She is currently a member of the Floyd Valley Foundation Committee, Plymouth County Board of Reviews and is a Le Mars Chamber Ambassador.  

Ryan brings 10+ years of banking experience, with a vast knowledge in both Mortgage and Retail Banking. Ryan is native of Omaha and is continuing his education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha studying business management.  Ryan is very involved with his community, including being a board member for the Omaha Outward Bound School Safety Committee.  He is also a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and Omaha Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Sam has been with Northwest Bank for over 15 years. She takes pride in educating her clients by putting a personal touch on the mortgage process. Sam holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and serves on the executive board for the Omaha chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors.

Sarah Niemand brings over 17 years of banking experience, with 11+ of those working as a Personal Banker and Consumer Loan Officer at Northwest Bank. Sarah looks forward to working with homebuyers to ensure financing a home is a positive experience and will continue to assist the buyers after the mortgage loan closes. She is actively involved in Fort Dodge and surrounding communities. She resides in Duncombe with her husband and two children.

With over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, Tramy is passionate about working closely with her customers to provide them with personalized financial guidance. Throughout her career, she has built a strong foundation of trust and expertise, helping clients navigate their financial journeys and helping to make informed decisions that align with their unique needs. Tramy takes pride in fostering lasting relationships whether it's guiding them through account options, loans, or investments, her goal is always to offer the best solutions to support their success.

Will enjoys getting to know his clients and finding the right mortgage product to meet their individual needs. He specializes in working with homeowners to educate them on the mortgage loan process to make their home financing experience simple and worry-free. Whether it’s your first home, a vacation home or you’re a returning homeowner, Will is ready to assist you.

Yas has been with Northwest Bank for 7+ years and specializes in personal banking. She is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently. She enjoys working with customers and assisting them with all their banking needs, from opening new accounts to Consumer and Mortgage lending. She resides in Wallingford, IA with her husband Joaquin, and two children Jasmine and Joaquin Jr. Yas is a member of the Estherville Ambassadors and North Star Nights Kiwanis. Yas also enjoys traveling to see her extended family who reside in Texas. Her favorite quote is, “Never give up on the things that make you smile.”
